Friday 24th February
Usual porridge,slice of wholemeal bread,hot water.Walked for 4k inland this through Anne's park,no roses yet,such a great show of roses during summer months.Lemon water & orange on return,then lunch poarched egg + one slice of brown bread ,my own bread of course,good irish brown bread,very healthy no additives,turkey + salad to finish cut down 2day!

Wednesday 22nd February
Started with porridge and orange on my first day of my new health regime,walked for 1.5 hours along Clontarf,had squeezed lemon in hot water on my return,no coffee so no dairy.Lunch Mackeral x2,peas & potato,lemon water in the afternoon.Clementines and five raisons to satisfy t longings.
Tuesday 21st February
Started new health kick ,walked along the coast to Dollymount.
Decided to start tomorrow on the cut-down of food,no sugar and cut down on dairy foods,also no alcohol whatsoever for approx six weeks exceptions of course being St Patrick's Day & Easter weekend.Tonight bring on the pancakes,I have made the batter last nite so I have to use the batter,just had two or was it three pancakes!
